We did the happy driving experience. It was great and easy! We also did online check in so it made our check in time very short!
We often rent with Alamo but this time we were very disappointed. At pick up the tire pressure was low and the 'oil change needed' light always come on. Also, after a snow storm, we realize the tires were practically bald. Had great difficulty handle the elements. Alamo needs to focus on maintenance, especially on their cars in Vermont in the winter!
We rented a car at the Burlington Vermont airport and had a great experience. The staff were very helpful!
Over charged, there items left in the rental from the previous renter. Not so friendly counter staff. Was not impressed.
I rented a car yesterday and Stephen was great. He was so kind to go get the car for us and bring it just outside the door for us and loaded our suitcases. Great customer service.
