I must have been asked by every staff member in this store whether I needed any help or advise. When I replied that I was ok, but would give a holler if I needed anything, every one of them was totally respectful. They keep track of what our pets eat, so we never accidentally buy the wrong food, and their assortment is quite varied. Customers never have to carry anything heavy, even out to their vehicle! It's all done for you with a smile! Mostly they have dog and cat stuff, but there's a small selection of high quality bird and small critter supplies as well. We've been buying our finest quality pet food here for over 20 years, and never worry about the quality or freshness of what we purchase.
Staff is almost overly helpful, if that is even possible! High quality food and pet products, and very knowledgeable staff. If you are concerned about your pet's nutrition, ask your vet the parameters for the food they recommend, the haul your butt on down to PWF. They will help you in any way they can.
I've been going here for many years and love the employees, selection and all the cute furry faces. The people here are very knowledgeable in nutrition, grooming, common minor health issues, and just being awesome!

Best Staff Ever!
Great experience. The Williston Road location is larger and has more items than its sister location on Shelburne Road, both in South Burlington. Staff is ALWAYS very friendly and very helpful. They're efficient, caring and work as a team. Pricing is reasonable and they carry local brands also unlike the national chains. Food is always carried to your car for you!
