Just got my first haircut here. Went at their peek time, yet I only waited 2 minutes. Erika gave me a great military haircut. Plenty of parking on the south side of the building.

This was my first time here.The lady who did my Brazilian was nice but not thorough at all. My wax was more painful than I've ever experienced. She kept waxing over the same areas because she didn't pull in a uniform manner. Im usually one will will just walk out and find a better waxer. But since it was late and i go on vacation tomorrow i decided to push through.I had to keep telling her she missed a spot especially in my tail feather region. No one likes a hairy butthole. Even after it was stubbly. I kid you not she took tweezers. Yes that is right tweezers and plucked the rest. Oh and another thing next time you get a brow wax from this place the tweezers she's using touched my vagina. Which makes me wonder how many other vaginas she's plucked with those things!
I give it a 3 cause the staff was nice, but I can't say I was all that satisfied with my outcome. I've been waxing my own legs at home for about 2 years now and decided to get it professionally done for the first time before going on vacation primarily to save some time and also assuming a professional would do a better job then myself. Wrong. Like I said, the woman was very nice, but I was less than impressed with the outcome, especially for $80. She had missed a few strips of hair and most of the hair on my lower leg broke instead of being pulled leaving them with a stubble (the exact thing waxing is supposed to avoid). Also it would have been nice to have some sense of the cost before hand, there are no prices listed on their site (didn't see any in the salon either, but admittedly I didn't look very hard so all I can say is they're not readily available for patrons).
