Horrible service. Driver showed up, his name was Wendell and he started calling my girl's phone. When she said she was headed right down he just sat in the parking lot and started beeping his horn. So then after they started going he refused to bring her the way she asked and said that he was going to get the full amount because she ruined his day. This isn't the first time I've had issues like this with greencab and it's very unprofessional... I would advice anyone need a cab to download the uber app on the Google play store...
This business started out great, when Kate (owner) came to my hotel to drop off her business cards she was polite and professional. The fist couple years were great, fast service, great response from dispatcher and knowledgeable drivers.
i waited outside the whole time, and when my driver first "arrives" i see his car cruise past the address, though at first i think this may be a different cab. but sure enough, a few minutes later i see his cab about to cruise past the address again the opposite direction. the only way it seemed he knew where to stop was seeing my confused and frustrated self now standing by the roadside. why was he not using GPS if he didn't know where he was going? i ended up jaywalking to meet my cab considerably down the street from the parking lot of where i had been.
We were very happy with our service today! We rented a Loop van for our senior center's outing. We had 12 seniors and one child ride the van to and from our Center (our destination was about 30min each way). Both drivers were very nice, patient, and on time! The text message telling us when the van was headed our way was a very nice touch! We will call Green Cab again in the near future!

Last few times they have been very disappointing. The drivers been late a few times, and the dispatcher had a not great attitude. Called them on 10/7/17 around 11:00 am just to get hang up on twice.
when i ultimately missed my connection, i called green cab to inform them of what happened. they told me it was my fault and that i should have called them earlier. from past experience, i know for a fact that calling earlier is NOT a viable solution given the number of customers, including me, who have called hours in advance just for their cab to be late anyway. i would give one star if i hadn't been trying to take a cab in a context where i suspected they would screw me over.
after more than enough late cab arrivals in the past, i switched over to uber a while ago. in a real pinch I called green cab this morning.
Well I'm currently sitting here and hour into my wait even though they said it would be 30-45 minutes. I called about about the 30 minute mark being reassured that they would be there "very shortly".....204am... 1hr and 2 min in.. Oh great just 1 hr and 6 min in and they arrive.... yeah great service.. and this isn't my first complaint only first posting of complaint!
It is unfortunate since there are not many taxi serviced around central Vermont, but I can't recommend a taxi service that is not reliable to my guest, guess we gonna have to wait til Uber or Lyft come around this area.
