Zach was outstanding with his customer service,- taking his own time to meet with us to pick up a purchase when we could not do it during traditional hours. More impressively to me was that it was a small order but we were still treated with the same enthusiasm as if it were a much more monumental sale (it was a futon). Could not ask for more and we will be back for future business. i would recommend this business to anyone who asked.

The sales guy that helped us buy a bed was very helpful and way, way more knowledgeable than the people over at sleepy's. There were also way more options than most places we looked at for a new bed, and we couldn't have found a better price for the perfect mattress.
We ordered a bed from Wendell's Bed Store about eight weeks ago. I recently travelled to Europe where I suffered an accident and hurt my leg. Prior to leaving on the trip we moved our old bed to our guest room downstairs and returning from the trip, I was unable to go down stairs. My husband called The Bed Store and we were told no delivery would be available for a week. He explained the situation and that very night, Wendell and his son, Ryan personally delivered the bed so I had a place to sleep.
Definitely recommend this store. We love our new mattress and actually enjoy the shopping experience. The staff provided good information to aid us in our decision making and then gave us space and time to discuss without hovering over us. Only had to check in one time regarding arrival of mattress from the manufacturer but the delivery from the store itself was as planned and scheduled.
