A varied schedule of classes, attentive trainers and a warm, welcoming facility. I love the early morning spinning class (Crank) - an awesome group of people and Olivia is THE BEST! She's positive, motivating, and changes the rides every few weeks. The staff is friendly and you are always greeted when you enter - even at 5:45 AM! They truly accommodate schedules and workouts for all ages and lifestyles.
2 floors of gym area with attentive trainers. Very cramped lobby area. - better off waiting in car when picking up someone from training session.

I was out of town visiting and able to join the body pump class. It was a killer workout. Tabitha, the instructor, was excellent and accommodating. Great way to burn calories!
Between offering two locations, outstanding personal training and accommodating class schedules with stellar instructors, BR is fantastic. The best is the welcoming community atmosphere.
