The worst place to go. Went in for a consultation on June 28th, 2016, For my daughters wedding in October 2016. Diane was helpful, and listened, or we thought she listened. My daughter wanted silk flowers for her bouquet. Diane emailed, my daughter a couple of weeks ago , asking my daughter to come in to look at the silk flowers. They were awful! My daughter explained to her again, that is not what she wanted. Diane then told my daughter that she was cheap. Diane had no record of a payment on file, or the pictures my daughter supplied to her on June 28th. My daughter then went back yesterday, with the wedding days away, to see what Diane had done. Diane then came out and told my daughter that there were such color for silk flowers and she had to spray paint a blue flower to make it look purple. My daughter was very upset. Again told Diane that is not what she wanted. Diane then told my daughter, to go AC Moore, and find flowers and spray paint them herself. My daughter asked for the money back, Diane complied. My daughter then said take it easy. And Diane's response was " yes that was easy"
Reputable local florist. This is where high school students go to get corsages and other Prom flowers.

I can not even give it 1 star, because of the lack of respect, for what the bride wants, being called cheap, and being told to buy flowers from a different place, spray paint them.
I would recommend that NO ONE USE THIS FLORIST!!!

Chappells was the florist I used for all of my wedding flowers. Diane did an AMAZING job. They were stunning. She was so easy to work with and knew my vision from the moment we met. I highly recommend her for events and ill always go with them for all my floral needs. Thank you guys so much!!!
Really wonderful florist. Diane does very unique, beautiful arrangements. I've seen her arrangements look good for 3 weeks! I also love Diane's dedication to recycling flowers for non-profit events.
