In the past I had a very negative experience with another local electric repair service, Richard Electric had received A plus ratings from Angie's List so I decided to try them, and I couldn't agree more. They fixed my original problem on their first visit and guided me towards answering a few other questions I had. Rates are reasonable and fair especially in comparison with my first experience. I called this morning with another problem, and Brian was able to trouble shoot over the telephone to fix the problem and avoid the expense of a home visit. I love this organization and couldn't speak more highly of them. They have earned my trust completely.
