This guy is a pompous piece of work. Was extremely unimpressed with the staff as well. This guy is how dentists get a bad name. On top of doing an incredibly botched job on my filling while he and the hygienist were flirting, the old dude oggled my 17 year old sister like a total creep, then charged her roughly $250 for 9 minutes of talking. He didn't even look at her teeth! I'm pretty disgusted and I hope you decide to go anywhere but here.
My husband and I have been seeing Dr. McLean for over 5 years now and I could not recommend him enough!!! He is a phenomenal dentist and his entire staff is always very professional, kind and make you feel very comfortable while there. If you are looking for THE BEST DENTAL CARE in Vermont , look no further!
I've been loyal to Dr.Mclean for years. When I moved to Vermont it was initially a challenge to find a trustworthy professional. I tried two previous practices and was rushed, overcharged, and generally counted as a number. This practice understands that providing medical care and doing business here means going the extra mile. We live here to know our providers, clients, patients, friends, and neighbors. My family has had the pleasure of being clients of David and his wife (yes, it's a family owned and operated practice which is awesome!) for several years now and there is absolutely no other dental practice that I would ever go to or refer. From the moment that you walk in the door you are always greeted with a smile from the friendly staff and everyone knows each other on a first name basis. On several occasions they have even accommodated our crazy scheduled just to ensure that we were seen and they stay open late on certain days so that the client base with 9-5 schedules still have time for a visit!
For most people in life, going to the dentist may not always rate very high on their scale of "enjoyable" experiences (as I too have spent many years in the past dreading my next cleanings) but I have never once felt that way while coming here. Thank you McLean Dental!
My family have tried a few other dental offices within the area before finding Dr. McLean. We definitely found our permanent dentist! He is incredibly patient with my children and is willing to go the extra mile for them. Both the staff and the hygienist are also incredibly nice and informative!
