Excellent service. Patient sales team, no pressure but tons of help. Even working with the financial folks was an easy, pleasant experience. I highly recommend stopping in.

We live in Chicago, our daughter in Burlington - she had issues with her Subaru back in March so we decided to invest in a new car. We were OVER SOLD on the dependability of the Mazda 3's winter weather performance. What makes this so egregious, is that the sales team knew we were investing in a new car because we were concerned about safety and we specifically asked the question about winter driving in Vermont. Now, we have a car that is not dependable or safe in Vermont or Chicago weather. So WRONG!!! This place lacks in integrity and honesty... I reached out to the manager and I was told "look this is Burlington, we never would have told you to buy this car without investing in some good snow tires" REALLY, insinuating this is the consumers oversight is insulting. Learn to apologize and be forth coming.. how about.. "we made a mistake, how can we help". That would have been a different conversation all together!

Have never owned a Mazda before, but my wife and I were shopping for a new car and were checking out every one we could find that fit our needs. Fell in love with the Mazda3 hatchback. The entire shopping / purchasing experience at PJ's was the easiest and lowest pressure car buying experience we've ever had.

DON'T BUY A CAR FROM PJ'S. All they want is your sale and nothing more. I wouldn't even give them one star. Buy from Walker's in Barre it's worth the drive. I bought my first brand new car there thinking it was going to be a good investment. Wrong!!! PJs has given me more lip service than any person I bought a car from. I have a 2016 Mazda CX-5. It's a great car for the money but the PJs isn't a good dealerships. They don't stand behind their products. Within the first year of owning my CX-5 the battery kept dying and dying. (Good thing I always have jumper cables) so I brought it in to get the battery tested. They kept telling me it was fine. Mind you my car only has 8000miles so the car is still under warranty. So a few months go by with the battery dying a few more times I brought it in again. And same outcome, they told me it was fine. I know enough about cars and how they work so I knew something was wrong so I told them to check my altinator. They said that's doing fine too. I asked them how come it keeps dying. They told me I was turning my car off then putting it in park. I told them I wasn't and I was aware of that possibity. So I asked for the test reading and they started giving me an attitude. They finally gave me a reading who know if it was a real test sheet. So now I cut my losses and just remained being careful about the battery. Now the next problem was when I was waxing my car I found rust bubbling on the rear hatch. So I brought my car in to get it looked at because it was under warranty. They naturally argued with me saying I chipped the paint so on and so forth. They told me to bring it to Washburns auto body to get it looked at. Washburns told me it was a defect in the paint. So I got that in writing and they sent an email to PJ's. So I stopped in to follow up with PJs and they told me that it was a chip in the paint they won't do a thing about it. So I drove to Barre about a 1hr drive from Fairfax to Walker's Mazda. I showed them the spot and they told me that it's a defect in the paint and Mazda with get it fixed as soon as possible. And Walker's followed through. I dropped my car off at Walker's and got the rust spot fixed. And while I had my car at Walker's I asked for them to do my recall on the Pistons on the back hatch. And they did that too. While I have asked PJs to schedule it for 2months and it never happened. Now it's Oct 2017 and my battery curse is back and now im trying once again to get the battery replaced before my warranty runs out. They still once again are arguing with me about it. So long story short PJs is a waste of a company. They won't help you at all. They will give you lip service all day long seven days a week. If you want good service and good prices it's worth the drive to Walker's in Barre.

Thank you, PJ's!

I bought my first Mazda yesterday and it was an amazing experience. I did my research this time, carefully thought out exactly what I wanted for months, compared similar small four door sedans in price, maintenance and repair costs, ease of repair, customer reviews and opinions. I also kept an eye on local dealers, what kind of deals and incentives they were offering and most importantly tips and techniques on how to haggle for a car, and the addons they offer at dealerships. I did not need to do any of that! PJ's has a no haggle policy and their salesman do not get commission! I was not harassed into something I do not want, and most importantly, I was not offered any addons I did not need. Laird was pleasant and well informed about the car, and was not afraid to ask questions when I asked things he did not know about (did I mention I did my research beforehand). Dave helped with the financials, they were a breeze, and I left with a brand new car without a hint of buyers regret (was a little sad to leave my old car behind though...spent a lot of time in it). If you want a no stress environment when you buy a car, visit the sales team at PJ's Auto Village! They were amazing!
